Every Saturday in July we will gather to integrate Artemis Technology into our body through dynamic movement and breath activation informed by current science.

Artemis Movement helps you gain a sense of personal power, increases your stability so you can get stronger, improves your breath capacity and helps you learn how to focus deeply on what matters to you.

This series is open to beginners of all levels and ages and will cover the basic use of Artemis Movement as a way to improve your body’s awareness, posture & function.
